Smile 2 is a horror that does very well for it's self conceptually speaking but also in it's story telling and presentation. The eerie, unsettling curse returns to ensnare its next victim, this time embedding itself in the high-octane world of a pop sensation, Skye Riley. As her fame skyrockets, so does the intensity of a series of chilling experiences that blur the line between reality and paranoia.

Set against the backdrop of her new world tour, Skye’s struggle is more than personal—it’s a psychological labyrinth where her past traumas and present fears collide, pushing her to confront an evil that thrives on hidden wounds and inner darkness. Returning director Parker Finn elevates the horror of Smile 2 by meshing the disorienting, unpredictable scares with the glitz and glare of a star’s public life, pulling the audience deep into an unnerving descent that questions just how far the curse will go—and who might be next in line. Clever execution, with solid performances from actors. It was fun being pushed far out of my comfort zone and freaked out multiple times. The use of audio is engaging and impactful.
